History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. River took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up rapier and armor she uses now. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Gynk was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Interpreter for the past few years.

History: He was born into a rich family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Blendaeth and her spouse have recently divorced.
