He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Gildmak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gildmak was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
