History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
