History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Gifted from a young age, Antinua studied abroad. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
