History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Murook grew up listening to her father's many stories. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: Direcris was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fisher responsibilities is difficult.

He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Dustin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dustin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.
