History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
