She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Mortician business.

History: Quilla was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Bertram was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Rathkran lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Zook was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
