Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a white shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and yellow pants. He has no hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: He has a large pastel mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his violet robe. His lavender fur is still thick. His eyes are copper and catlike.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to unite with his sister

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Elegant lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: This western man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His clothes are grease stained in places. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He tends to his Cook job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult; and he feels threatened by others

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Seddit was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Sage, but she got bored and became a Locksmith. She has worked as a Locksmith like her father before her.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: Born to a Body Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. Her long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Keyleth was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Spice Merchant. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His crest is cut close to his head. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gold.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mozikth does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Sindri was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
