Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Thorin took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Born in the west to a Shepherd, Jo learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
