History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her silver hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Syllin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Tordek was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fragrant does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business.
