Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
