History: Roge was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
