Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.

History: Seven hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Ulla and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Gargax lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Gargax was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gargax's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
