Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her mace with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a Knight, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kali was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
