Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Avelina embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and balancing her hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Being a Interpreter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Banker. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Jade was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
