Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born in the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Howard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He likes to wear white tank tops with black pants, marred by beers. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gruk grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gruk. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born in the north. A freak accident while working with her Marshal father left her crippled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a brown tunic with green highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes, and is pretty ugly. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the left. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Clerebold embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Gifted from a young age, Clerebold studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to get laid

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Through the years after Gorbundus was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Born to a Weaver, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
