Description: She wears red painted combat armor at almost all times. She carries with her a set of lances, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has moderate length brown hair. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Alain isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. The war was a terrible time for her, and Alain does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Alain was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He has worked as a Knight like his father before him.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sannl grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Zepar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Robert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage.
