Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.
History: Paggen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is wearing a long, yellow cloak. Her golden hair is long and unkept. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: Margery was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and wants her loneliness to end

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Rurik has worked very hard to control his curse. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a green coat with brown slacks. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length scarlet crest. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are red.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Henk was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Seamstress, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Manea enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Guard kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lilith isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Valanthe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Architect, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
