Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wiggan embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
