History: Spear hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
