Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Marastyr's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bricklayer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Dyer. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dyer.

Description: She wears dull white sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed whip, just in case, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'3" when asserting herself. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Drenna was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with her Detective mother left her crippled. His silver eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mortician. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Spice Merchant profession.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zepar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Cressel and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a blue poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her hair is chestnut and very short. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her youth she was a Cook, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
