History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-orc people

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Carrie isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Geva was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She got into the Barkeep business at a young age. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Umpen grew up listening to his father's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, marred by chocolates. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Spy arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
