History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Veit was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to unite with his sister

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has achieved small success as a Seamstress.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has brown eyes.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. A true patriot, Osco would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Osco reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Stylist, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Stylist and was forced into it by his family.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Marshal. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
