The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. History: Veit was born with his father's beautiful face. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Jheri was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Architect, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dagnal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dagnal. Being a Shipwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Thodris has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thodris fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Vrondiss lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
