Description: This man prefers to wear flannel. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his left hand. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He has a dull look in his gold eyes.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Valorean took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Thea was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Eldeth's homeland. Eldeth decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. Her blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She is a Yochlol in disguise. When Hatae reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She struck the Painter job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Nyx is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Nyx was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nyx's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dentratha fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Scribe business.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Fargrim was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Scribe. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
