History: Mary hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Performer.

History: Thava lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and revenge

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Jezean was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jezean's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to be a courier again

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Curran will drive conversation. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Curran studied abroad. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Orryn was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: Paela was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Paela abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive.
