History: Drifting hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Surina and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Healer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Wella was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: Born in the west to a Masseuse, Alvyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
