Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by her family.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his whip, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Warryn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Habor fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Sammal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the north. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This light-skinned female is dressed in a clean red cloak covering her clean studded leather. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She keeps her long black hair kept up in a rat tail. Her skin is flawless and her violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bellfounder business.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is her passion

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
