She wears long strands of emerald and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. With wild golden hair. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Ownka was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears an entirely grey suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes, and is pretty ugly. Her blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She got into the Merchant business at a young age. Mardred abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears green trousers with grey and pastel striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She has wavy dark red hair. Her eyes are red and catlike.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.
History: The child of a Weaver, who enjoyed hunting, Lilith was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after Lilith was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lilith's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She bought a longsword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Pígug was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Pígug alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Born to a Miner, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 3'4" and wears a white deerstalker hat and white clothes. His black hair is singed and shortened. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nelkin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nelkin. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to protect his home

This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
