History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to reunite with his old friends

History: She was born in the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the east were limited. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She bought a lance and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She worked as a nervous Mercenary and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.

History: Ivellios was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He now owns his own business.

History: Ilga lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
