Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tan trousers with white and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Naal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Grai enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Cockaby isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: Born to a Mayor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Kiirith liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Melech was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Sarah was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He keeps his orange fur in a flapper bob. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
