Description: This malnourished man wears dark leathers with embroidery. His long bronze crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quarethon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quarethon. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His blonde hair is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ugarth isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Orc unity. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Ugarth was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a black cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with his old friends

He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He uses divination through singing.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lewis grew up listening to his father's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat, and carries lances. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Menny hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: Menny was born with her father's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her hair is silver and very short. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She bought a scythe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She is greedy; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it
