History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Baker. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.
