When her father died while fighting giants, the young Artin began to lead the lost caravan. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She would ruin relationships and cause injury.
