History: Ilde lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Grai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Junk Dealer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Junk Dealer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently the stress of being a Junk Dealer has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shautha grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shautha. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to end his boredom
