Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Kipper lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Description: She is a mite stocky and is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She has gold crest. Her red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Furrele hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Stableman kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has shaved his head bald. His green eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Navigator profession.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This malnourished man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His fur is red and curly. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Tricking was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Tricking was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Seraphina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
