History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Chem was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His black eyes peer out from beneath his feathered black hat.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Bathin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Through the years after Bathin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bathin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She has achieved small success as a Cook.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears a green shirt, with a tan mid length skirt with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her crest, while still mostly gold, has prominent grey streaks. This red eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She takes great joy in being the best Butcher in town.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Butcher for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elizabeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.
