Description: This tall, slender woman wears a brown vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her brown boots flare out at the collars. Her hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Fallthra was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her hair is short and black. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her warhammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. Her crest, while still mostly copper, has prominent grey streaks. Her gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 78. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She is physically well-built. Her fur is white, silky, and of moderate length. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She struck the Layabout job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a simple black robe with white stripes complete with hood. His white hair is braided into rings. His gold eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Nicor took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: With violet face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears an entirely red suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He is a Slaad in disguise. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is his passion

Description: 2'10" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears bulky white painted plate armor. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born in the south. After coming to the age of reason, Gormogord took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tabaxi people; and wants to raise her children well
