Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His brass crest, when down, is lengthy. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Nadarr hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Through the years after Nadarr was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nadarr's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: Born to a Assassin, her father struggled to pay the bills. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. The war was a terrible time for her, and Morana does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Morana was born with her mother's beautiful face. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a hunchback. His chestnut hair is cut short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Hadarai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Henk was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Medrash was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: To protect his home; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. His first spouse was a Armorer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult
