He has chestnut hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oblar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oblar. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Emmeline was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has worked as a Doctor like her mother before her.

History: Vola was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she is unsatisfied with her job
