She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Azza was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Azza took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. During his travels, Dondon and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Dondon discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Dondon fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
