Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Hatae never married again. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born to a Map Maker, his father struggled to pay the bills. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Oblar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Oblar began to lead the lost caravan. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Jane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Habor enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shanairla grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shanairla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shanairla. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure.
