Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
