History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a great chef.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. After coming to the age of reason, Right-Handed took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Laborer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Heian was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Stableman. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her hair is cut close to her head. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Detective business.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Engraver father left her crippled. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Breena was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Breena was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Gardener. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

History: Verna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
