History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is content

Description: Standing 5'6", this man wears yellow leather gloves, a yellow jacket, and tight pants. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Galinndan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Galinndan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man stands a little under 4'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and many goblins want him driven away

Description: She wears baggy tan pantaloons and a black scarf. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She wears her silver hair down. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: He wears a white coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. He carries with him a set of bastard swords on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her bronze crest is smooth and relatively long. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Knight who has hired her part-time. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She bought a greataxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants her loneliness to end

Description: This man wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Paelias never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Born in the east to a Miller, Skirt learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and wants to raise her children well
