Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barber business.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Edge was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miller. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
