History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with her Tailor father left her crippled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
