Description: This late middle aged man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress) and is in decent physical shape. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adran. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This exceptionally lanky man has a large pastel mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his blue robe. He keeps his long gray fur kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are blue.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Smoking hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Through the years after Smoking was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Smoking's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he wants to get laid

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His blue hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep silver.
Personality: Nirgel is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Nirgel hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She is an amazing painter.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Creega took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor she uses now. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
