History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mumpena grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vassago grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vassago. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aerdeth embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. A true patriot, Shedinn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Shedinn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Shedinn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shedinn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Prosperine was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Ishmoz was born with his father's beautiful face. After coming to the age of reason, Ishmoz took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
