History: William was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears professional attire. His hair is cut close to his head. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Percival lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Percival reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
